Just received my new gigabot.  Cant get it to connect to my laptop.  any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Are you using Mac or Windows?

  Are you using Simplify3D?

  In Simplify3D you can access the USB port drop-down box from the Machine Control window and then click the "Connect" button. Are you getting an error in Simplify3D?

  Do you have more than one option for the available ports?

  Make sure you set the baud rate to 250000
