Gigabot 3 keeps asking to change filamnet

Dear All,

I Have GiaBot 3+, my filament type is PLA. When I tried to print a simple cube with simplify 3D software, the Viki program keeps asking me to change the filament, I changed the filament and run the test and again it requested to change the filament. And it does not print anything.
