Uncrating Open GB
Open GB #2 arrived here at our home in Canada this week!!!

I wanted to share some pictures with those that are still waiting for theirs.
First let me say, its BIG! :)

I like the fact that they use Shock and Tip indicators. Obviously ours "tipped" a little during its approximately 2,850 mile journey, but at least it wasn't completely blue.

We started with removing the crate's top and the padded 2 x 4 under it.

We then removed the crates front

Followed by working our way around and removing the rest of the sides.
I have to commend re:3D on the excellent construction of the crate overall. Well thought out guys. Locking casters on the bottom and the bottom has two layers to it so that the sides are supported which may have made things easier during assembly of the crate, but definitely made un-crating safer and easier.
Two thumbs up!
Did I mention, its BIG!!! :)

They did a good job of maximizing the size to the constraint of a door way.
Once we got it in place it was time to remove the protective sheets from the plexiglass, and my, Open GB is a thing of beauty!

Mr. Gadget inspected her and agrees she is gorgeous!
