I'm really glad to so that re:3D has moved the pivot point for the tensioner up so that the fulcrum is closer to the load. This also reduces the distance between the fulcrum and the springs which should reduce the load induced warping that I have experienced with my OGB.
The next suggestion would be that now we have done this, we also have eliminated the design restraint that prevented us from increasing the edge distance on the two holes that retain the entire print head to the aluminum bracket. As it is, they are too close to the seat for the hot end which make seating the brass inserts accurately without a jig relatively difficult and reduces their overall holding ability.
