Is the GB3 firmware compatible with OGB or just for use with GB3?
The firmware version 4.1.3 is for the GB3.
I am working on a version 4.1.4 that will be compatible with OGB. The difference being the GB3 is running a different control board than the OGB.
is it compatible with my GB2? I installed 4.1.2 and my printer started to do weird things like crashing on the x axis limit switch, skip z steps, when stopped it would continue until it crashed on the side it was going.
I did replace motor controls, did maintenance, loosen v-groove wheel but it wasn't until I downgraded my fw that the GB2 started working normally
what arduino version can we use to compile the GB3 Single Extruder (V4.1.3) version? I have tried 1.0.6 ans the latest 1.8.4?

Arduino 1.6.11 and 1.8.5 are calling an error when I try to compile the code for the 4.1.3 DE. Says: "using typedef-name 'fpos_t' after 'struct'. I don't know what to do.

I am not n the same boat, cat get the code to compile. I am wondering if I am missing some libraries. I haven't had a chance to debug it so many prints going on.

I found the bug in the firmware. Seems one of the libraries in Arduino was causing a problem with the variable name and we had to change it from fpos_t to fpos1_t in these places:

I also added the Hex files for easier upload. Just remember to clear the EEPROM using the instruction on the same wiki page before uploading new firmware.

I have seen this when Simplify3D or another program is trying to talk to Gigabot at the same time. Try closing all other programs before uploading the firmware. Let me know if that helps.
