I´m having problems printing a component. In one side (flat one) the quality is acceptable, but in the other side (rounded) there are a lot of dots over the surface.
Could you please recommend what to do to eliminate these. I already play with different parameters in slicing software but I just get a minimal improvement.

What firmware version is your Gigabot running? We may be able to update the firmware to give you a bigger memory buffer. You can also reduce excessive triangles in S3D under the Mesh -> Mesh Reduction = 0.4mm
Looks and smells like too many triangles / older firmware.
Hi Matthew, thanks for your answer. Attaches is a picture with our Firmware details. I will try to reduce the number of triangles I just want to understand if this step impact in geometry quality.

Hi Mario, you can usually reduce the triangles by quite a bit before it's something that can be noticeable on the finished part. If you start to see a difference in the quality on the computer rendering then I'd stop there.

About the firmware, do you have it for GB2 Double Extrusor? I uploaded it some weeks ago but the firmware available for GB2 is just for single extrusor, so I used the GB3 firmware, I have just one issue with this firmware due when I set a temperature for T0 a change of filament command is issued moving the printer to the front.
