Can someone advise me on the best way to remove a large flat part from bed without bending it?
Right now, I'm printing those parts in a vertical position (please see pictures) so I just have to push the top of the part to "break" the connection with the raft but not all parts can be rotated...Any setting in Simplify3D that would help the separation process of a large flat bottom layer would be very helpful. Thank you!

You can play with the spacing between the raft and the part in Simplify3D process settings -> Additions -> Separation distance. I found with PLA the good starting point is equal to layer height (0.2 - 0.32mm). The optimal separation distance is dependent upon the material, layer height, print speed, hot end temp, and probably something else I am forgetting :)
Let me know what settings are working best for you and I will add it back into the S3D profile.

I like using Elmers Xtreme glue sticks on larger prints as the material seems to release from that very well at the end of a print. I have also noticed that with ABS it is a must.
