Hello everyone
I have printing problems with my gigabot 3+ printer
Someone has had a problem simulating this.

  Hi Mario, thanks for sharing! Our support team has already contacted a member of your team regarding this. The questions I asked are as follows:

  1. Did this happen during a print? If so:
       - Did this happen during a filament change?
       - Did this happen during a dual extrusion print when a nozzle was trying to heat up?
  2. Can you please send me the factory file and .gcode for the print you were attempting?
  3. Has this happened before or is this the first time?

  In the future I would recommend emailing support@re3d.org if you encounter issues with your printer for a less than 24 hour response. Hope to help you get this sorted out quickly!

  I have sent them about 5 emails and nobody answers me.

  I'm sorry, but I haven't received any emails from you at support@re3d.org, and I did not receive a response from Silvano when I emailed him on October 29th regarding the issue. I just sent you an email from support@re3d.org. Looking forward to getting your problem figured out!
