Ditto Printing
I would like to see a firmware option to enable "ditto printing" - that is, to print 2 of an identical object at the same time on dual extruder GBs. Several other 3d printer models have this option.
I am printing a lot of panels for my BB8 replica, and I could cut the job time in half with this option.

Have you tried The M605 Command?
// M605 - Set dual x-carriage movement mode: S<mode> [ X<duplication x-offset> R<duplication temp offset> ]
I have not tried it but it should work. You can read more here: http://reprap.org/wiki/G-code#M605:_Set_dual_x-carriage_movement_mode

Hey Mike, we just had another customer asking about the same thing. Curious to know if you were able to get it to work using the M605 command or if you found a better way.

I was unable to get the M605 command to work. I tried adding the line M605 S2 X0 R0 right before the machine does the G28 (Home All) command and tried it right after the T0 Command. Any other suggestions? I'm thinking that the firmware of the machine needs to support this 'Ditto Printing' function.
