Hello, could you please help me to check why our last printings have some dark dots like if the filament was burned. This start happened las week.

Matthew Fiedler That is a sign of the hotend leaking. If you can send an email to support@re3d.org with your Gigabot serial number we will get you fixed up.

Mike Battaglia Mario, please also attach a picture of the hot end when you email support@re3d.org.
It typically means that the nozzle hasn't been tightened enough and there is material leaking out of the threads of the heater block and then sticking to your print.
