Burned printing

Hello, could you please help me to check why our last printings have some dark dots like if the filament was burned. This start happened las week.

That is a sign of the hotend leaking. If you can send an email to support@re3d.org with your Gigabot serial number we will get you fixed up.

Mario, please also attach a picture of the hot end when you email support@re3d.org.

It typically means that the nozzle hasn't been tightened enough and there is material leaking out of the threads of the heater block and then sticking to your print.
