this is less complex and let me level on the fly. I don't dread leveling the bed any more. Hope the Idea helps.

Matthew Fiedler Cool to see the hack! Is the screw still attached to the t-nut in the bed cross rail? When you back the screw out does the bed lower by gravity?

David Dunkel Thanks. Glad someone liked this. No I removed the tnut from the cross rail so the bed rail rides directly on the bolt. Yes it will move with the bolt if you have the bolts on the side of the bed loose.
So now to level the bed I print 50mm x 50mm box only 2 layers tall in all 4 corners. Then adjust the bolts wile it prints. And I figure if the "squish" is the same on all of them I'm level.

Jesse West1969 I use a similar setup on my printer. I also run mine with the side plate->rail screws loose. My bed floats on the four corners bolts as shown. It also eliminates any binding on the z-axis travel that my printer had when running with these tightened.
