    Good sized vacuum form... should be able to round it more, especially if you have access to a CNC router table. Lots of different ways to make the form blank I suppose.

    That might fit around my A-frame filament holder.  I am thinking about making a vented filament dryer box enclosure around the filament spools, and also enclosing the A-frame sides to capture the heat from the bed and direct it up to the filament.

    It's ugly, but everything is accessible from the front of the machine :)   If the arms were bent instead of straight like mine, this could lower the a-frame height quite a bit.

    Did you think about posting a .stp file of the Gigabot frame and opening up the design to the community?
