hello, i am hoping someone can help me with formatting a correct microSD card for the Vicki (misplaced the one that came with machine)... i have a 32GB card partitioned into a 4GB FAT 16 but it is not being recognized... have also tried FAT 32 and NTFS formats but no luck. thank you in advance.

Couple of questions:
Mac or PC?
Are you using a Viki1.0 or Viki2.0? http://wiki.re3d.org/index.php?title=Firmware_installation#Viki_Models
If you know the firmware version on your Gigabot that may help as well.
PC, viki 2 and thanks for reply, found a 8GB that worked :)... was going to order replacement from gigabot and they are $5 but shipping was $21 for 3 days yikes!
Yes, we recommend sticking to the smaller card sizes. We've had some others reporting trouble with that as well. Personally I've never gone above 8GB.
