This one is a little easier, so hopefully we will get more answers. Below are two calibration cubes printed at different times with different machines based off the same .stl file. Why is the one on the right missing the letters?

Sigbjørn Thorsen The one on the right is printed with a larger nozzle and layer height.
The nozzle's extrusion width is larger than most of the letters embossed.
So you get ugly artifacts where some parts of the letters where actually wide enough, atleast it tried :))) -

Samantha Reeve Yes, the left print was with a .4mm nozzle at .3175mm layer height and the right was a .8mm nozzle at a .6033mm layer height.
