Replacing the LED Light Strip

In the event the LED light strip on the inside front rail of the Gigabot needs to be replaced, please follow these instructions:

1. Turn off and unplug the Gigabot from the outlet

2. Remove the cover on the Panduit that houses the LED wire connector:

   

3. Disconnect the LED light strip wire lead from the LED extension wire:

   

4. Use a hex wrench to unscrew the two screws that attach the LED light strip to the aluminum rail.
5. Discard the old LED strip, but save the black polycarbonate cover to use with the replacement light.
6. Nest the new LED strip in the black polycarbonate cover, then attach it to the Gigabot frame with the same screws.
7. Reconnect the LED light strip wire lead to the LED extension wire.
8. Insert the connector into the Panduit, then snap the Panduit cover back in place.
9. Plug in the Gigabot and turn it on to ensure everything is functional.
